Now that I have the new fan and the boiler is, well boiling, I'm thinking my timer settings are way wrong. I now have very little ash, but quite a bit of unburned coal in the pan. Before the new fan the boiler didn't idle much, now it idles a lot.
My settings are 15 min off 45 sec on fan just about minimum and stoker about half way.
I know this is way wrong, where should I aim to be?
