Question on Hard Coal.
I have two local suppliers that are charging the same rate for hard coal. One supplier leaves it exposed which means snow and rain hits this coal. The other supplier has it covered. Does the coal that is exposed to the elements hold water, which inreturn will give me less coal per ton?
Just curious - still learning my friends.
